What Connect Payroll provides

Connect Payroll is a configurable payroll workspace. It helps a payroll officer set up employees and schedules, enter or import pay inputs, review calculations, finalise a run, generate wage statements and registers, and keep an auditable history.

One officer can run the workflow

The product does not require a second approver. The business decides who is authorised to operate payroll, review the result and confirm that employees may be paid.

What Connect Payroll does not promise

• It does not automatically make a bank payment.
• It does not claim to file PAYE, NPF or ACC directly unless a separate, validated service is expressly agreed.
• It does not replace the business’s payroll officer, accountant, employment obligations or statutory review.
• Attendance devices and ZKBio Zlink are optional inputs, not a requirement for manual payroll.
• A prepared report is not automatically an official submission or a payment file.

Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate employee details, rates, hours, allowances, deductions, statutory settings, payment instructions and payday decisions. The payroll officer must review the run before finalising it and keep the business’s existing payment process as authority until the business has completed its own acceptance checks.

Never send passwords, login codes, bank account numbers or payslip PINs through ordinary email. Use the application or an approved secure transfer method.

Changes and support
